ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes artwork printing, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or the following U.S. public holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24–25)
SHIPPING TIME, COST & CARRIERS

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 business days after processing
  • Flat Shipping Rate: $6.99 per order
  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your shipping location, item size, and delivery speed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier information. We do our best to select the most reliable and timely shipping option for your location.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • International destinations (outside the U.S.)

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at support@trunuru.com.

After this 12-hour window, once your order has entered processing, we can no longer cancel or change the products. However, you may still update the shipping address before the item ships.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

At Trunuru, we take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen shipping issues may occasionally occur. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following first:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.).
  3. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be found, contact us at support@trunuru.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll initiate an investigation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Delayed Shipments
While our standard delivery time is 4-6 business days, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal demand
  • Carrier or logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, reach out to us and we’ll help track and resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to support@trunuru.com within 3 days of delivery.
  3. We’ll evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

We may request return of the item and will cover return shipping if needed.
