1. What kind of products does Trunuru sell?
We specialize in premium wall art – including posters and canvas prints – designed to bring inspiration and personality to your space. Each piece is crafted with high-quality materials and artistic intention.
2. Where does Trunuru ship to?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
3. How much is shipping and how long does it take?
- Flat-rate shipping: $6.99
- Processing time: 2-3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days (after processing)
We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@trunuru.com. After that, the order will enter processing and can no longer be changed – although we may still be able to update the shipping address before the item ships.
5. What if my order is lost, delayed, or damaged?
If your order is lost, delayed beyond 10 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Please send photos of any damage within 3 days of delivery.
6. What is your return policy?
You may return or request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, in original packaging. Please note:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
