At Trunuru, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our community and partners to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used or displayed on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a formal claim to us for review.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To file an intellectual property claim, please send a written notice including all the following information to support@trunuru.com:

1. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or description of the location where the allegedly infringing material appears on our website.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property.
6. Your electronic or physical signature (full typed name is acceptable in emails).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences. Please ensure you are the rightful owner or authorized representative before filing a complaint.
• We may share your notice with the user or vendor who uploaded the allegedly infringing content.
• Upon receiving a valid claim, we will promptly investigate and remove or restrict access to the material in question if appropriate.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, and you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. Instructions will be provided to you in our response to your original claim.
