ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes artwork printing, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or the following U.S. public holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24–25)
SHIPPING TIME, COST & CARRIERS

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 business days after processing
  • Flat Shipping Rate: $6.99 per order
  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your shipping location, item size, and delivery speed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier information. We do our best to select the most reliable and timely shipping option for your location.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • International destinations (outside the U.S.)

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at support@trunuru.com.

After this 12-hour window, once your order has entered processing, we can no longer cancel or change the products. However, you may still update the shipping address before the item ships.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

At Trunuru, we take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen shipping issues may occasionally occur. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following first:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.).
  3. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be found, contact us at support@trunuru.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll initiate an investigation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Delayed Shipments
While our standard delivery time is 4-6 business days, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal demand
  • Carrier or logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, reach out to us and we’ll help track and resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to support@trunuru.com within 3 days of delivery.
  3. We’ll evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

We may request return of the item and will cover return shipping if needed.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Trunuru, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return process, please email us at support@trunuru.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate a return as above, and place a new order separately once your refund is processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
